Product Introduction:
This product is formulated by selecting metal oxides with different morphologies and particle sizes as base materials, followed by rational compounding and surface activation. The material exhibits excellent dispersibility and compatibility, enabling high filler loading.

Key application points:
This product is suitable for preparing thermal conductive gaskets with a thermal conductivity of 4.0 W/m·K. Use a vinyl silicone oil with a viscosity of 500 mPa·s. It is recommended to add 1,400 parts of thermally conductive filler; the exact amount can be adjusted based on the viscosity of the base silicone oil and the specific processing conditions. It is advisable to prepare sheets with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm. The optimal sheet hardness is between 40 and 60 degrees (Shore 00). As the sheet thickness decreases, the hardness should be appropriately increased.
